the paint might chip

I reread Gambaro's The Walls last night. I have always loved this play. A man is taken into custody for a crime he did not commit and the walls keep moving in on him throughout the play. They move in while his freedom, and sense of self are slowly robbed from him. Gambaro's characters are vibrant and the language is dynamic. I wish someone in the DC area would attempt this one. Maybe they have and I am not aware of it. Maybe this piece about the walls moving in around us is the perfect piece to pull out right now.

I just saw this and...I am grinning from ear to ear.

Catch you cats later.
